The Indian Telecommunication firm – Karbonn Mobiles has rolled out fresh Android 5.1 Lollipop update for its Karbonn Sparkle V Android One smartphone in the form of an OTA (Over-the-Air) release, which will be 410MB in size.
Due to some obstacles, Karbonn Sparkle V gets the software update now. Whereas, its counterparts Micromax Canvas A1 and Spice Dream Uno got their 5.1 Lollipop updates a few days back. Consumers can now enjoy and experience all the new-fangled features of this OS containing its fresh notifications area, better battery performance and innovative Google’s Material Design Language and many more.
Like the other two Android One smartphones, the Karbonn Sparkle V too sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The device is powered by a powerful Quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor clocked at 1.3GHz and coupled with 1GB of RAM for better performance experience.
The Sparkle V Android One features a 5MP rear snapper with LED flash on board, apart from a 2MP front-facing camera for selfie and video calling option. The smartphone is fueled with a 1,700 mAh Li-ion battery that delivers decent power backup to the handset, Android 5.1 Lollipop running on it.
