Higher capacity modules are now available among the HyperX Impact DDR4 SO-DIMM line of products. HyperX, under Kingston Technology announced today that the HyperX Impact DDR4 SO-DIMM modules would be available in higher capacities of a 16GB, 32GB and 64GB module kits.
The 16GB configuration is available as a standalone module, the 32GB kit would have a set of two 16GB modules and a 64GB configuration would be a set of four 16GB modules. These kits require no manual configuration, are plug-and-play compatible and auto-tune settings in accordance with the system it is connected to.
The HyperX Impact DDR4 SO-DIMM modules are compatible with all AMD and Intel CPU technologies and are capable of increasing clocking speeds to provide great gaming experiences as well as workstation efficiency. Voltages are pre-set to 1.2V so you are good to simply replace the module on either your gaming laptop or small form system.
HyperX previously offered dual-channel kit configurations with a 4GB standalone module, an 8GB standalone module and a 16GB kit with two 8GB modules, under the same Impact DDR4 SO-DIMM range. The higher capacity module kits that now pack units of a 16GB configuration offer far better experiences.
