Brainwavz Omega has been launched recently in India by the US based audio manufacturer at the price tag of Rs. 999. The company claims it has crisp clean sound and high-fidelity Audio. It comes in three colors: White, Black and a combination of Red & Blue.

Unboxing
Brainwavz Omega comes with an impressive packaging; it contains 1 shirt clip to reduce the cable noise alongside a pouch to carry earphones, 2 sets of silicon ear buds in different sizes (S M L). The buds provided in the packaging are very soft. Besides, package has manual and warranty card with 24-month warranty, that is a plus point.
Design
In terms of design, Brainwavz Omega features premium quality metal buds. The volume control buttons along with a microphone to answer/end calls and both play/pause the tracks, are embedded on the wire, and there is Brainwavz branding on the other side of remote also. The earplugs are made up of metal casing that’s why sound is better than the plastic and rubber one’s. Headphones are pretty much comfortable when put them in ear and has a great grip hence noise isolation is impressive.
The earphones equipped with a sleek and tangle less wire that I personally found a bit problematic in terms of durability. The earphones are compatible with a vast range of MP3 Players, iPads, iPhones, Laptops, Computers, Android & Other audio devices that comes with 3.5mm stereo jack.
Sound & Performance
Let’s talk about the sound performance, I have checked these earphones on with both Android and ios devices, the volume level was pretty good, sharp and clean even at the highest. Further, earphones are noise isolated so no noise I have noticed. On-call output was decent, no distortion I have faced.
One of major problem that I have observed with the headphones is the bass level, it isn’t promising at this price point. I personally like songs with high bass and I have tested many songs, sadly it disappointed me in this segment.
Brainwavz Omega are not supported with Xiaomi phones, I don’t know, is that the driver issue or what so don’t buy these if you are having Xiaomi phones.
Considering the comfort level, i found them very comfortable in my regular usage. During calling as well, I was very satisfied with the level of comfort. I am glad to mention that in terms of clarity and sharpness; it did not disappoint me.
