Just ahead of its official launch event, AsusTek Computer Inc. or popularly known as Asus has released four colorful teaser images of its much-hyped Asus ZenFone 4, with a beautiful tagline “It’s Time to Meet the New #ZenFone 4. Stay Tuned”. On Thursday, the Taiwanese conglomerate teased four multicolored pictures of its forthcoming Zenfone 4 smartphone via its social media channels including Facebook and Tweeter, hinting that the company is finally prepping its impending ZenFone 4 series for a commercial debut which was already kick-started by the Zenfone 4 Max.
Just two days earlier, a report from Android Pure confirmed that Asus is gearing up for launching its much awaited ZenFone 4 on 17th August, at an official event in Taiwan and now, the company has released a confirmation teaser, hinting that Asus ZenFone 4 is going to be officially released soon. Though the official launch date is yet to be confirmed, teasers are the hinting towards the arrival of Asus ZenFone 4 in the market soon.
Though the new teaser imagery hasn’t revealed much about the phone, the moniker has partially confirmed that the device is going to boast dual camera setup. All four teaser images have come with one single jingle – “Time to be more than ONE” alongside two circles which are a clear indication that the dual camera module is on the way. As previously reported by some reliable sources, Asus is gearing up to launch ZenFone 4 in multiple variants, and now a multiple ZenFone 4 screenshot, showing four variants of ZenFone 4 being certified by NCC.
NCC is Taiwan’s equivalent of the FCC is surfing the internet. As expected, all variants of ZenFone 4 are going to be unveiled in Taiwan in the next month. Even if it is yet unofficial, but leaked report has highlighted the four new ZenFone variants to be Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Selfie, Zenfone 4 Pro, and Zenfone 4 Max. In the listing of NCC, ZenFone 4 is cataloged with the model number ZE554KL, while ZenFone 4 Pro with Z01GD, ZenFone 4 Selfie with Z01M, and ZenFone 4 Max with ZC554KL are listed in the certified ZenFone lineup.
Of these fours, while ZenFone 4 Max has already marked its official debut in Russian market earlier this month, rest three are estimated to go live next month in Taiwan. Regarding specifications and features, the already-launched ZenFone 4 Max boasts a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p IPS display and is powered by1.4 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 /430 Mobile Platform under the hood. With storage options like 2GB / 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB / 64GB ROM, the phone runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) clubbed with Zen UI on top.
Its flipside is home to a dual camera setup with 13 MP primary and secondary 120-degree wide-angle lens, on the front part, it features an 8 MP snapper with f/2.2 aperture, soft LED flash and 85-degree wide-angle lens. Following these features, we surely can expect all ZenFone 4 variants to be highly powerful and impressive regarding features and specs.
