At the ongoing CES 2017, Chinese handset maker ZTE has unveiled a new smartphone called the ZTE Blade V8. The smartphone is said to go on sale in sometime around March, though pricing is yet to be announced.
ZTE Blade V8: Specifications
The new ZTE Blade V8 packs a 5.2-inch Full HD LCD display with 2.5 D curved glass. Under the hood, the smartphone gets powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor bundled with either 2GB\3GB of RAM. The ZTE Blade will be available in 16GB/32GB built-in storage options. The smartphone runs Android Nougat 7.0 on top with Mifavor 4.2 UI on top.
In terms of cameras, the smartphone features a dual camera setup with 13MP +2MP twin rear cameras. The secondary 2MP lens allows users to create depth such as 3D shots and bokeh effects. While on the front, there’s also a 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. Juicing up the smartphone would be a 2730mAh battery. Other key features on the device include a fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
In case you missed, ZTE recently introduced the Blade V8 Pro smartphone in the US, which also packs twin rear cameras. Key specs on the ZTE Blade V8 Pro include a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor bundled with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of built-in storage which is furher expandable via a microSD slot. Also, it comes with hybrid dualSIM slots.
