After introducing it in July, the Chinese Multinational’s Xiaomi has officially wrapped up its keenly awaited Mi Max 2 for the Indian customers yesterday via a number of leading e-commerce sites. With the price tag of Rs. 16, 999, black color, and 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage option, the smartphone is currently available in -commerce website like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Paytm Mall, and Mi.com. Alongside online stores, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is also presented in hundreds of offline retail outlets across India.
Regarding specifications and features, the dual-SIM (Micro+Nano) Xiaomi Mi Max 2 boasts a 6.44-inch full-HD coupled with 1080×1920 pixels display resolution and a pixel density of 342ppi. Running on MIUI 8 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box with premium features like Split Screen, the smartphone is powered by 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC and an Adreno 506 GPU. In the storage department, the phone packs 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via micro-SD card.
Likewise, the rear panel of the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 hosts a 12-megapixel rear snapper with a Sony IMX386 sensor featuring f/2.2 aperture, 1.25-micron pixels, PDAF, and dual-LED flash. On the front part, the phone comprises a 5-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture and real-time beautification features. As officially confirmed, each buyer can enjoy up to 100GB additional Reliance Jio 4G data with the purchase of Mi Max 2 from both online and offline shops. Moreover, users can also get up to 10GB additional data on every recharge of Rs. 309 or more. However, the opportunity is limited to 10 recharges for each purchaser for up to 31st May 2018.
