Nokia 106 feature phone is the latest offering from the Finnish hand set maker’s stable. Eying Indian markets, as part of their strategy to keep catering the feature phone segment, the latest phone priced at just ₹ 1399/- .

The budget phone has some of the best features packed in 112.9 x 47.5 x 14.9mm body. One gets the option of selecting from a range of colors – Black, white and red color. The company makes claims of long talk time battery life (up to 10 hours and stupendous standby time of 35 days).
The most important feature, the company is banking upon, is the phone’s dust and splash-proof new key mat that can bear roughest use without fading of the characters on the keys. The single SIM device that supports only 2G network weighs only 74.2 g. The company was successful in extending its Lumia design principles to the budget segment, by incorporating 1.8’’ colour display and bright color body.
The internal memory of the device can store up to 500 contacts. However the memory of the phone cannot be expanded with an external SD card, it still has other features such as calculator, flashlight, speaking clock and alarm clock that can effectively compensate it.
