Motorola recently released the Moto M budget phone to the Indian market at a price of Rs. 15,999. The smartphone launched with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, which was a little disappointment for Moto fans but Motorola assured its loyal customers that Android Nougat update is on the way for Moto M.
The company took to Twitter to announce Nougat update arrival on Moto M smartphone. It said that the update would come soon and didn’t mention the exact date of the OTA update.

Moto M Specifications and Features
To recall what Moto M packs, it is an all-metal smartphone which is up for sale starting today. The phone is water-resistant because of the P2i’s nano-coating on it. It features a 5.5-inch IPS Full HD 2.5D curved glass display, Helio P15 processor, 3GB RAM coupled with 32GB internal storage. The phone can be extended up to 128GB. The handset gets its power from the 3050mAh battery with fast charging support.
The rear camera of the phone is equipped with a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and PDAF support while the front-facing snapper comes with an 8MP sensor. The selfie camera includes Beauty mode, which enables you to improve the capture images.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Moto M provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C port, NFC in addition to a traditional headphone port. With a weight of 163 grams, the Moto M offers fingerprint scanner and Dolby Atmos sounding system.
