Mio Global partners with Amazon

Mio Global has recently partnered with Amazon to launch its fitness wearables in India. It was the first brand to release a heart rate monitor watch to provide continuous, performance-accurate data without a chest strap. Mio Global is also known for their optical heart rate technology.

Amazon India will be offering the complete range of Mio Global offerings in India. The offerings include the complete range of wrist-based heart rate monitors and watches, including, the Mio Fuse, Mio Alpha 2, and Mio Link.

Commenting on the launch event, Liz Dickinson, CEO of Mio Global said, “We plan to be in India for the long term to continually bring our technology and products to the growing health and wellness market in India.”

Talking about the recent partnership, Samir Kumar, vice president, Amazon India said, “We are excited to bring Mio’s full line of fitness wearable tech products for our customers in India.”

Before this, the Mio Global used to offer its products in North America, Europe, and other Asian countries through retail chains, online retailers, and specialty retailers.
