HSL Mobile has launched HSL Y501 Plus with a 5-inch IPS display at Rs. 3,999 in Black and White color variants. Exclusively available via Snapdeal, the HSL Y501 Plus features the first ever Hammer Screen.

Accompanied by a hammer shield screen, HSL Y501 Plus features super strong display with super impact protection, crystal clear clarity, anti-bacterial, zero air bubble, anti-scratch, anti-fingerprint, and self-healing capabilities. Moreover, the display will be thinner and doesn’t turn yellowish when the phone gets aged like other competing phones. The company claims that it offers 100 days protection against the hammer screen.

Powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Mediatek processor, HSL Y501 Plus features a 5-inch IPS (480 x 854) display with a pixel density of 233ppi, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

On the photography section, HSL Y501 Plus flaunts a 5-megapixel primary camera with support for autofocus, CMOS image sensor, self-timer, touch to focus, scene mode, and ISO setting including LED flash. The phone also includes a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter.

Equipped with Android KitKat, the HSL Y501 Plus is powered by a 2000mAh Lithium Polymer battery. Capable of delivering 10 hours talk time and up to 150 hours of standby time, the phone is designed with a thickness of 7.3mm and includes gesture control features.

With a weight of 143 grams, the Dual Micro SIM based HSL Y501 Plus comes with a screen guard and flip cover.
