Ubisoft has announced that For Honor Season 2: Shadow and Might is all set to get new content in the form of new maps, gears, and heroes. It’ll be available to play on the PS4, Xbox One, as well as the PC starting May 16.
For Honor Season 2 brings two new heroes -Shinobi and Centurion. In addition, there’ll be two new maps along with several customization options and gameplay updates.
Besides, the update also brings Epic gear, “a new level of gear rarity’.
The new maps, Forge and Temple Garden are expected to bring some added elements to the overall gameplay. Not to forget, Season 2 will also bring Epic Gear, a new rarity of gears which players need to earn within the game. As doing so increases your overall gear score and also improves the balance of your gear stats.
The Shinobi (Samurai Assassin) are silent killers armed with the traditional Japanese Kusarigama. They move like a dancer and go undetected thanks to years of training.
Centurion, on the other hand, are equipped with the traditional Roman gladius, tailor-made for close combat. They see the battlefield like a chess board and evade enemy’s line of defense through strategic close quarters combat.
All this stuff will be available for free in For Honor Season 2: Shadow and Might on May 16, which also marks the date of the reset of the faction war. That said, two new heroes can only be accessed by Season Pass holders. Others will have to wait until May 23 as non-season pass holders will have to unlock them using in-game steel.
