Hike launches micro-app to find an odd-even car match for ride sharing

Hike Messenger Car Match App

Hike Messenger has launched ‘Car Match’, a micro app that facilitates the concept of car pooling i.e. sharing rides with friends due to the odd-even car formula trend. This app will help in matching, connecting and sharing rides with friends and others. Hike has joined the category of cab service providers like Ola Cabs, Uber, Meru Cabs, etc. in an innovative way.

Car Match is enabled only for Delhi users as of now, and it gives flexibility to commuter partners to choose only after chatting with them, thus helping them in making appropriate decisions about having fun but safe rides together.

If users wish to reap the benefits of this application, all they need to do is open Hike Messenger and select the option of ‘Car Match’ app, after which he/she is asked to fill up the basic information such as journey, car number, and the location.

Once done, Hike would suggest maximum possible matches according to preferences and profiles, thus enabling users to get various options, chatting and finalizing a commuter partner with whom the ride would be shared.

All Delhi numbers have got this service enabled; however, if some users don’t find this service active on the number, it can be done by getting an invite from a friend having it.

As of now, Hike Messenger already has a 70 million user base and plans to achieve a target of 100 million soon. By introducing such services for users, it is definitely going to be included in the favorite list of users.
