Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe has released in India. Even though the Zenfone 3 was launched a few months back during Computex 2016, it took some time for the company to release the smartphone in India. During the launch event, Asus CEO showcased various features of all the variants of the newly launched Zenfone 3 in addition to Asus Transformer laptops. With a large 5.7-inch FHD display and front-facing speakers, the Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with a massive 23MP rear camera paired with 8MP front-facing snapper. OnePlus 3 was launched in June 2016 with a 5.5-inch FHD display, 6GB RAM, 64GB storage including dash charging capability. In this article, we will compare the features and specifications of Asus Zenfone 3 with OnePlus 3.
Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe
Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe features a matte finish design and is lighter than other metal-build devices available on the market. You will be able to work with the device easily since it offers adequate grip with its slim profile coupled with a matte texture finish. However, you will not be able to use the device in single hand since the device is wider.
Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe has integrated power and volume buttons on the right side, three backlit capacitive navigation buttons, a powerful speaker in addition to front-facing snapper and normal sensors. You will find microSD card slot on the left side.
On the rear side, the camera is placed at top center position alongside autofocus sensors and dual-LED flash on either side. You will also notice a camera bump.
The Zenfone 3 Deluxe is equipped with a 5.7-inch FHD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 821 processor, 6GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. We expected Asus to incorporate a QHD panel to justify the large display size. The rear camera provides support for PixelMaster technology, Sapphire cover glass, Optical Image Stabilisation, PDAF and more. Furthermore, the front-facing shooter offers 8MP sensor with 85-degree wide angles lenses.
According to Asus, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe sports 79% screen-to-body ratio with Tru2Life technology optimizing every pixel for maximum intensity. Moreover, the fast charging battery has the capacity to charge 60 percent in 40 minutes.

Verdict
If you are a fan of photography, you should wait till Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is available on the market. This is because you will get 21MP camera sensor. However, Asus should have integrated Quad HD into the display instead of just Full HD. The presence of dash charging in OnePlus 3 is an advantage since you will not feel the heat during charging. Priced at Rs. 27,999, OnePlus 3 is a real bargain except the fact that it has only 64GB storage. If you prefer a budget device, you need to buy OnePlus 3 instead of the utterly expensive Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe.
