YU Yunique 2 with Truecaller integration, Android 7.0 launched in India

YU has launched the Yunique 2 smartphone in India in the Yunique series after getting leaked last week. The device comes with Trucaller integration and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box. The Yu Yunique comes in Champagne and Coal Black colours and is priced at Rs. 5,999. The first sale will go live via Flipkart on Thursday, July 27 at 12 pm IST.

Yu Yunique 2 Specifications: 

The Yu Yunique sports a 5-inches HD (1280 X 720) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by the MediaTek MT6737 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz quad-core processor. There is 2GB RAM with 16GB storage that is further expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box.

In the camera department, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The device comes with Truecaller integration built-in for caller ID, spam detection, dialing and messaging. There is a 2500mAh battery on board for all the battery requirements. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB port. The Yu Yunique measures 145×72.7×9.15mm and weighs 159 grams.
