Xiaomi Redmi Pro dual-camera samples reveal DSLR-like quality

Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi will reportedly unveil the new Redmi Pro in China next week on July 27. The phone is expected to be the first device from Xiaomi to rock a dual-lens camera setup. And now, camera samples allegedly taken from Xiaomi Redmi Pro have surfaced on the web, giving us a pretty good idea what to expect from a dual-lens camera setup.

Going by the leaked images, it appears the camera does a pretty good job of capturing photos with a blurred background (bokeh effect), giving us a fairly good idea of what can be achieved with the setup. One camera would be used to capture photos while the other would capture the depth of field. We can see that the photos have a very shallow depth of field, as objects in the background get a nice soft blur, similar to what can be achieved with a DSLR.
