Xiaomi is all set to unveil the next gen Mi MIX 2 smartphone on September 11th. Before its launch, Lei Jun has revealed the retail box and promo image of the device on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. Notably, the smartphones have already entered into the mass production stage, and both these pictures are showcased by the company’s CEO Lei Jun.
First leaked image shows the retail box of the smartphone which seems to be pretty sleek and comes in black color with Xiaomi‘s Mi branding on the top. While the other promo images are suggesting the incredible aesthetic of the device. This is the classic example of smart advertising, both the promo images adhere enough potential to the raise the bar of curiosity to the next level. The images indicate that the Mi MIX 2 comes with a nearly bezel-less display with a thin bottom bezel.
Mi MIX 2 smartphone is tipped to comes with a 93 percent screen-to-body ratio with ceramic back cover. The smartphone is likely to pack a 6.2-inches QHD panel and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 SoC, and 4500mAh Li-ion battery. The smartphone may come in three RAM and ROM variants i:e 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. The Mi MIX 2 is very likely to run on Android 8.0 aka Android Oreo operating system with MIUI 9 on the top.
