Vodafone has announced exciting Diwali offers in which Vodafone is giving free data to its customers. To get the free data, the subscriber just needs to send an SMS.
In the press release, the Teleco said, “This special offer is available to all Vodafone customers on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, and they can avail the free 100MB data by just sending an SMS ‘DIWALI’ to 199.”
Vodafone users can enjoy web browsing, send e-Greetings, and message their friend over the internet on this festive occasion for free.
When asked for comments regarding this gesture, Sunil Sood – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Vodafone India said, “At Vodafone, we are driven with the singular objective of delivering a superior experience to our customers. Data is increasingly driving usage pattern, more so during important festivals like Diwali. Offering free data on Diwali is our way of gratifying our valued 188 million customers for their love and trust in the brand and our service experience. We take this opportunity to wish all our customers Happy Diwali and will continue to delight them with such differentiated offerings in the days to come.”
Vodafone also recently launched Vodafone Doubles – Double Data and Double Validity packs for its customers. These packs are meant to award additional voice and data benefits.
