Class 12 Board result has been announced by the Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education (TNBSE) today at 10.30 AM. Students who have to wait anxiously for it can finally get to know their result. Last year the Board had got some complaints about the delays in the result. This year the Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary has paid heed to the complaints and has gone an extra mile to see that no technical problem is encountered by the students while accessing the result on the official site.
For the accessibility of the result, students can follow a simple procedure. The Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education has two official websites from which students can get their result. The official website is http://tnresults.nic.in/ where one can go for the result.
After this find out the link of the tnresults.nic.in on the site and click on it. Once the website opens up, enter the roll number and other relevant information on it and then click on the submit button. The result will come on it, and students can either download or take out the print of the scoreboard.
This year the TNBSE HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Exam was held during the month of March until April. The examination started with language paper on 4th March 2016 and continued for almost a month with Physics/Economics being the last paper that was held on 1st April 2016.
The class 12 result for 2015 was declared on 7th May in comparison to it there has been a delay in the announcement of the results this year. The total number of 8,82,260 candidates appeared in the paper last year and the resulting outcome was quite good. The pass percentage of girls were 93.40% and boys were 87.5% which was satisfactory for the board. The overall pass percentage for last year was 90.60%.
If by looking at the result of last year it apparently looks like Tamil Nadu result for this year will also be up to the mark.
