Sony has reportedly been working on a smartphone that caters to a market full of large screens in small bodies. Now, the latest leaks and rumours give away some information about the device.
As far as the display is concerned, the smartphone is supposed to have a 6.45-inch display with a high aspect ratio of 21:9. The ratio clearly shows how big the screen is going to be. Leaked renders from earlier suggest that it will have a nearly bezel-less display and it will come with dual stereo speakers.
X Ultra is said to measure 165×70.5×7.8 mm, making it huge but a compact phone. Its competitor Samsung Galaxy S8+ is 159.5×73.4×8.1 mm. If we compare it to its nearest competitors like the S8+, the Xperia X Ultra looks more compact than the others.
Other leaked renders also reveal some key specs of the upcoming Xperia X. Its is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with Adreno 512. The RAM is pegged at 4GB and internal storage at 64GB. On the camera front, it is expected to have a 19-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus (same as Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XZs). On the front there will 13-megapixel shooter.

Juiced up wth a 3050 mAh battery, the smartphone will run on Android Nougat. The USB Tyoe-C port with a fast charger will certainly make it more attractive. The IP68 certification ensures that it is water and dust resistant. The Xperia X Ultra will come in two colour variants: red and grey.
