Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 specs leaked, might launch on July 15

A new set of leaked pictures indicates that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 might launch by 15th of July. The leaked renders suggest some serious details about the Tab S3 spec sheet as well.

After the launch of Galaxy Tab S2 last year, Samsung has refrained from reporting any info regarding the successor of its flagship tablet device. But now that the images and spec sheet are leaked, the tech community is busy speculating about the exact specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S3.

Samsung has to ensure that they present something better because Tab S2 was really impressive in terms of display and functioning. The high-end specs were a boon and for this year, the leaks are suggesting that the South Korean giant may come up with two different screen-sizes for Tab S3 (8-inch and 9.7-inch).

In addition, Evan Blass (Twitter handle @evleaks) who is known for rendering such leaks also posted a photo of the 8-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 in two color variants – Black and White.

But before Twitterati witnessed the device, TEENA and FCC websites provided its users with the hardware spec sheet of the upcoming device.

The Chinese regulatory website posted the details of the device. It reported that the Tab S3 will sport an 8-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1536×2048 pixels. Further, the website also informed about the use of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 along with a 3GB RAM. The Tab S3 might run on Samsung’s own, Exynos 5433 chipset.

So far, the rumors are indicating that the Tab S3 will have an internal storage of 32 GB, and the device will support a microSD card. Running on Android M, the device is expected to come with a 4000mAh battery with an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front facing cam.

Update: The smartphone is Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1, as stated by Evan Blass.
