Samsung once again proclaims that it is not straying too far from the tested and tried design principles that they have been following for years since the advent of smartphones, as a new Galaxy S6 Edge Plus render has hit the internet.
On June 19, 2015, Reliable tipster @OnLeaks posted the render that shows the images of super-sized Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.
His tweet also revealed some details about the smartphone’s specifications.
As per the leak, the S6 Edge Plus will be 154.45mm x 75.80mm x 6.85mm in size.
The diagonal display size will be 5.5 inches. The S6 Edge Plus will feature curved edges that are currently seen in the present Edge model. The leaked render also shows a larger USB Type C-Port.
The smartphone is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor. Samsung S6 Edge Plus will have a sixteen-megapixel camera, and it will run on Android 5.1.1 platform.
If everything goes well, Samsung will announce the specifications and features of Galaxy S6 Edge Plus soon.
As per reports, the handset will be released sometime in between July and September.
If the rumors about Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge plus is true, then it is a false move from the mobile manufacturing giants.
The revealed features expose that the company has made a device that follows the path of Galaxy Note 5.
Two premium devices in the same specs will not fetch benign benefits for Samsung, especially in this time where Samsung is facing set back in sales.
