Samsung Galaxy Fit E with Bluetooth 5.0 launched in India

Samsung has launched its latest fitneess wearable, the Galaxy Fit E, in India. Priced at INR 2,590, it is offered in a choice of Black, White, and Yellow colour variants. Key specifications include a 0.74-inch PAMOLED display, 128KB of RAM, and 4MB of storage.

The Galaxy Fit E gets fuelled by a 70mAh battery which Samsung claims can deleiver 13 days of usage on a single charge. The device can be charged via the rear mounted pogo pins. It comes bundled with a proprietary charger which can be used to charge the battery.

It also pairs up with your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0, notifying users about new messages and voice calls. It also comes with preset messages to respond to incoming texts easily. Furthermore, it also offers water resistance up to 50 meters.

In terms of fitness tracking features, it can automatically detect exercises such as walking, running, cycling, rowing, and dynamic workouts. It can also track sleep as well as heart rate. Besides, the fitness tracker also sends your heart rate to your phone through Samsung’s Health app. Users can download Samsung’s health app from their respective app stores for both platforms. Not to mention, the device also comes with an accelerometer and heart rate sensor.

The Galaxy Fit E is now available on Flipkart at INR 2,590. The fitness tracker is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
