Oppo launches F3 Diwali Red Limited Edition at Rs. 18,990

The traditional Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has launched the F3 Diwali edition smartphone in India today. The smartphone adheres the same specs of its previous variant Oppo F3, and it comes with the striking red color option.

Oppo F3 (Red Limited Edition) specification

The Oppo F3 Red Edition smartphone sport a 5.5 inches Full HD display which comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the top. An Octa-core 1.5 GHz powers the smartphone MediaTek MT6750T Chipset paired with Mali-T860MP2 GPU and 4GB RAM. The Oppo F3 comes with a 64GB ROM which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone packed with a front mounted fingerprint sensor, and it fuelled by a Non-removable Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery.

The Oppo F3 Red Edition will run on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system with ColorOS 3.0 on the top. Regarding optics, the smartphone is equipped with a 13MP rear camera which comes with f/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus, and LED flash. While up front, there is a dual camera setup, i.e., 16MP+8MP. Regarding connectivity, the Oppo F3 Red edition includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, WiFi Direct, hotspot, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB 2.0, and USB On-The-Go. The smartphone is measured at 153.3 x 75.2 x 7.3 mm and it weighs around 153g.

The Oppo F3 Diwali Red Edition comes with a tag of Rs.18,990. The smartphone will be available in the country’s leading online retailer Amazon.in and Oppo offline stores from September 29. To recall, the Oppo F3 was launched in India way back in May 2017, it was a selfie-centric smartphone and become quite popular in the masses. The phone adheres a superb aesthetics value, and its red color variant will grab the attention of price-conscious Indian consumers. Oppo aggressive market strategy helps them to sell the mediocre hardware handset at a high price, as the company gives their primary emphasis to a selfie-centric handset.
