OnePlus Pixel is not OnePlus 3T

The first impression is that the upcoming OnePlus Pixel doesn’t appear to be the OnePlus 3T. The rumored OnePlus 3T will most likely ship with a Snapdragon 821 processor.

Meanwhile, Qualcomm has already teased that the Snapdragon 821 chipset will be integrated with a new OnePlus phone. The company also confirmed that a new handset will be revealed on November 15.

OnePlus 3 with Android 7.1 Nougat expected to launch soon

There are reports emerging from various speculations that the phone listed on Geekbench is simply the OnePlus 3. The main possibility is that OnePlus might be testing Android 7.1 Nougat before making the update available to general public. The multiple reports suggest that OnePlus is currently testing Android 7.1 Nougat in closed beta.

The OnePlus Pixel could be a codename for the upcoming OnePlus 3 with Android 7.1 Nougat. Currently, Android 7.1 is loaded only with Google Pixel and Pixel XL.

OnePlus 3T specifications

Talking about other specifications, the OnePlus 3T is expected to integrate with Sony IMx395 camera sensor, a 3300mAh battery coupled with 128GB internal storage. The phone will cost $80 more than the currently available OnePlus 3. Hence, you can expect the price of the OnePlus 3T to be fixed at $479.

The upcoming OnePlus 3T is expected to be same as OnePlus 3. We have credible information that the phone will be loaded with Snapdragon 821 processor. The processor will run at a clock speed of 2.35GHz, which means the new phone will be faster than Google Pixel.

We will continue to keep track of OnePlus Pixel and keep you updated. In the meantime, don’t forget to periodically check PC Tablet because we will cover about OnePlus 3T in the upcoming days.
