The Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus has collaborated with the country’s reputed offline store, Croma to increase the retail availability of its flagship OnePlus 5. The company revealed the information via their official twitter account.
Earlier, the OnePlus sale strategy is only restricted to the online retail channel, as the company currently selling their flagship OnePlus 5 via Amazon or OnePlus online store. However, the company is already provided the two offline purchase channel in Delhi and Bengaluru via OnePlus experience stores.
But after this strategic alliance with Croma, the consumers can buy the OnePlus 5 via Croma stores in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Pune. To recall, the OnePlus 5 was launched in June this year. The smartphone has been praised for its design and performance as it also offers the best value for money proposition.
The OnePlus 5 is a flagship device, and it’s packed with 5.5 inches Full HD display and Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with Adreno 540. The smartphone comes with two RAM and ROM options, i.e., 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB. Regarding optics, the OnePlus 5 is equipped with a dual camera set up at the back, i.e., 16MP+20MP. While on the front, there is a 16MP sensor which offers detail and sharp selfies.
The OnePlus 5 runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) operating system and its backed by a 3300 mAh battery. This dual SIM phone comes with a metal unibody design and adheres a fingerprint sensor on the front. On the connectivity front, the smartphone includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack.
The smartphone comes in two color variants, i.e., Midnight Black and Slate Gray and it’s currently available on the Amazon.in. The One Plus 5 6GB/64GB variants come with a price tag of Rs. 32,999. While the 8GB/128 is cost around Rs. 37,999.
