With the end of Samsung Galaxy Note 7, tech enthusiasts have been diverting their attention to the forthcoming release of OnePlus 4. According to rumors, OnePlus 4 will be released in April 2017 with 3D pressure sensitive, Oxygen OS and 4000mAh battery at under $450.

You can expect the launch of OnePlus 4 around the time of official launch of Samsung Galaxy S8. OnePlus is planning to move the schedule of launch to combat competition. According to a report published on Enstarz, OnePlus may decide to launch the fourth edition of the popular smartphone in the Q2 2017.

OnePlus 4 will have 3D Touch OLED display

If rumors are to be believed,  the next edition of OnePlus handset is expected to integrate 3D touch pressure sensitive display functionality, which is also expected to feature in iPhone 7. Moreover, you can also expect premium OLED display and a massive 4000mAh battery.

Next OnePlus expected in two RAM variants

According to reports, the forthcoming OnePlus is expected to ship with two RAM variants. The first model will have 6GB RAM. However, the second variant is expected to ship with 8GB RAM. Moreover, the handset will be loaded with Oxygen OS based on Android 7.1 Nougat.

OnePlus 4 with 23MP rear camera

OnePlus 4 is expected to be equipped with a 23MP rear camera alongside a powerful front-facing snapper. Talking about internal storage, you can expect 64GB default storage. There are reports that the company will unveil a 128GB variant as well coupled with a Snapdragon 830 processor.

It is highly unlikely that OnePlus 4 will have Android 7. In fact, you can expect either Android 7.1 or Android 7.2, which will be released during Q2 2017.

OnePlus 4 to cost under $450

As far as pricing is concerned, the forthcoming OnePlus phone is expected to cost between $400 and $450, which is very competitive when compared to other competing handsets. Based on the speculated rumors, OnePlus 4 is all set to become one of the most friendly and affordable handsets of 2017 with the goodness of premium features.

OnePlus has already made a mark in the smartphone segment in a short span of time with the release of flagship gadgets. The upcoming OnePlus is touted to directly compete with other premium smartphones, which includes Samsung Galaxy S8 and iPhone 8.
