HMD Global has recently unveiled the series of the Android powered Nokia smartphones recently. Nokia 9 is the another flagship offering by HMD Global which is expected to launch next year. Nonetheless, the Nokia 9 smartphone has been spotted on the popular Benchmarking site GFXBench which indicates that the Nokia 9 is featured with an Android Oreo operating system.
The GFXBench listing further suggests that the Nokia 9 is packed with 5.3 inches Qual HD display and powered by the top of the line Snapdragon 835 chipset paired with Adreno 540 GPU and 4GB RAM. Moreover, the listing also states that the smartphone will be equipped with a 64GB of internal storage. The GFXBench also showcased some specs of the camera module of the Nokia 9 smartphone.
As per listing, the Nokia 9 is packed with a 12MP rear optics which able to delivers the images and Video in 4160 x 3120 and 3840 x 2160 4k resolution respectively. The rear camera is also enriched by Autofocus, Face detection, Flash, touch focus, and HDR photo. Meanwhile, on the front, there is a 12MP optics which delivers the same video and image resolution output, unlike the rear camera.
The Nokia 9 has been subjected to numerous leaks and rumors in recent times. As half of the specs is itself clear from this listing, we expected that Nokia 9 would come in two RAM and ROM variant i:e 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. To recall, Nokia 8 is the last offering by the company in the flagship market.
The Nokia 8 is packed with a 5.3 inches Quad HD panel protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone is throttle by Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with Adreno 540, 4GB RAM, and 64 ROM. The Nokia 8 runs on an Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) OS out of the box and fuelled by a 3090mAh battery. In terms of optics, the Nokia 8 is enriched by a 13MP rear and front camera.
