If we see the demerit side of the Moto G (3rd Generation), the device boasts a display having HD resolution i.e. 1280 x 720 pixels, which company could have upgrade to Full HD (1920 x 1080p) for better and enhanced viewing experience.

In place of 1GB and 2GB of RAM variants, the company could have launched the Moto G 3rd Gen in 2GB and 4GB variants for better and blazing fast user experience.

Lesser internal storage space, as the Moto G 2015 offers 16GB ROM in its top model, which company have expanded up to 32GB/64GB to get a good market response.

The Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen comes packed with a 2,470mAh Li-Polymer battery, which might not be able to deliver sufficient power backup to users.

The coolest part of the all-new Moto G 3rd Gen is its water-resistant capability as it features IPX7-rated protection. This capability helps the Moto G 2015 to resist inside a meter of water for 30 minutes approx. without hurting device hardware.

The display of the device is protected by a tough Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which helps it to resist any accidental bumps and scratches. Under the hood, the Moto G 3rd Generation sports a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with 1.4GHz Quad Core CPU and a 400MHz Adreno 306 GPU.

Out-of-the-box, the 3rd Generation Moto G runs on the latest version of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system. The rigid back of the smartphone help users to make a quick grip over the smartphone.
