The Spartan Web browser sports a new design, which will put emphasis on the page instead of the browser. It also features new inking abilities, which will allow the users to type or write directly on the page, comment on what they find fascinating and clip what the users want to share the ‘Web Note’ over social network or e-mail.

The Windows 10 Preview with Spartan Web browser is yet to have customer rollout. Microsoft has permitted the users to continue using Internet Explorer 11 web browser, supported by Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. The consumers will be able to mark it as their default browser through group policy.

The preview symbols the first release of Project Spartan. However, Microsoft is still tuning the Spartan Web browser based on the feedback of the previews.
