Micromax LapTab is a dual boot device capable of offering two Operating System options viz Windows 8 and Android. One would be able to switch either OS by selecting the operating system on reboot. The LapTab runs both Windows as well as Android jelly Bean 4.2.2 version, satisfying the long expectation and demand of the consumers for two OS.
The LapTab is powered by latest and new chipset of Intel, Intel Celeron N2805 processor with exuberant processing speed of 1.4 GHz. The chipset enhances longer and better battery life of the device.
With 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage space Micromax LapTab can decently address the consumers storage expectations. Besides, it can be expanded up to 64 GB externally with a micro SD slot. A 10.1-inch screen with 1280 x 800 resolution makes LapTab flashy.
Micromax LapTab has an inbuilt 2MP front camera with an ambient light sensor. On the downside, it does not have a rear camera. It also has a 7400 mAh battery that will ensure long and better battery operation. Moving to the connectivity criteria of the LapTab, the company says it will sport Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
Consumers can use the Micromax LapTab in a standing position with a wireless keyboard running on a 230mHA battery called as ‘transleeve’ or simply as a cover too.
