Dual-SIM Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G LTE Android smartphone launched at Rs 10,999

August 27, 2015: The domestic smartphone maker, Micromax Informatics has launched the revamped version of Canvas Nitro named Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G. Priced at Rs. 10,999, the smartphone offers 4G LTE support and is available to purchase in black color option, in both online and offline outlets.

The dual-SIM Canvas Nitro 4G (E455) features a fully laminated 5-inch HD IPS display, which is further protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone comes with an On-Cell technology, which offers better color saturation on the display.

The Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.4GHz Octa Core processor coupled with a 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU for graphics. The device offers 16GB of internal storage space, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

On the camera front, the handset sports a 13MP Autofocus rear camera with ISOCELL image sensor and a 5MP FF front camera for selfie devotees.

Out-of-the-box, the Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G runs on latest Android 5.0.2 operating system. It also gives consumers the access to some features including voice search, Hangouts for video calls, Google Drive, Smart contact prioritization, etc.

Connectivity-wise, the smartphones comes with 4G LTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 and a 3.5mm audio jack port. The Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G is fueled by a 2,500 mAh Li-ion battery.
