Bangalore – After a host of rumors and discussions, Mercedes-Benz has finally launched S63 Sedan in the Indian market. The car’s ex-showroom price is Rs. 2.53 crore in Bangalore. It’s the second time in last couple of weeks when Mercedes has launched a new model in the Indian market. S63 AMG Sedan has joined the next level of Mercedes portfolio with S63 AMG Coupe, S500 Coupe, and the G63 model.
Mercedes’ Active Launch In Indian Market
The ever improving Indian auto market has prompted Mercedes to get aggressive in its launching procedure. New S63 AMG Sedan is the 10th model that the company has launched in 2015 and is also the 9th AMG model in the Indian market.

The new S63 AMG comes with 5.5-liter V8 Bi-Turbo AMG motor, something that Mercedes offered in its previous version, i.e. S63 Coupe. With this powerful engine, the company has also provided an AMG 7-speed SPEEDSHIFT gearbox for a world-class experience. Other features include 900 Nm of torque and a twin turbo 585 HP V8 belts. The company claims that new S63 AMG can get from 0-62 km/h in 3.9 seconds and 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. The maximum speed of S63 AMG Sedan goes up to 250 km/h.
It is equipped with the advanced Magic Body Control suspension system in which two cameras are planted at the front for identifying potholes and speed bumps. Electromechanical power steering, ESP Curve Dynamic Assist, AMG Adaptive Sports Suspension, AMG Carbon Ceramic Braking system and Red painted brake calipers features give this car an edge over others available in the market.
