Lenovo ThinkPad Anniversary Edition laptop announced; starts at $1899

Lenovo has introduced the ThinkPad anniversary Edition laptop to celebrate the occasion of its 25th Anniversary of the ThinkPad line-up. The first ThinkPad Laptop launched on October 5th, 1992 was ThinkPad T470, and the new model is based on the same with current day specifications.

It is powered by the Intel i7 chipset with Nvidia GeForce 940MX graphics, and it sports a 14-inches full HD touchscreen display. The 7-row keyboard is backlit and dedicated keys for volume buttons and status LEDs that tend to be missing on newer devices. It comes with a fingerprint sensor to unlock the laptop with Windows Hello, apart from the track point built-in, four extra track points come within. Connectivity ports include USB-C port (Thunderbolt 3), three regular USB ports, an SD card reader, HDMI port, and Ethernet port.
