Xiaomi has been aggressively pushing new products into the market ever since companies like LeEco have tapped the Indian market. The traditional Redmi Note series received a massive facelift with the recent launch of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Let us examine the core features of both devices in greater depth.
Like all other high-end devices, both Letv Le 1S and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 feature a 5.5-inch FHD IPS display. However, the pixel density is slightly higher at 403PPI in Le 1S as against 401PPI in Redmi Note 3.
While Le 1S is available only in 3GB RAM and 32GB non-expandable storage, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is available in 2GB RAM with 16GB of storage, which is capable of expansion up to 128GB. Redmi Note 3 offers Snapdragon 650 processor with Helio X10 in Le 1S winning the race with a clock speed of 2.2GHz.

Both Letv Le 1S and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 features 16MP primary camera supported by a 5MP front-facing shooter with a fingerprint scanner on the rear. Instead of LED flash as seen in Le 1S, the Note 3 features two-tone flash.
If you require extra backup, you need to consider Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 because it ships with a massive 4050mAh battery without compromising the weight. Le 1S, on the other hand, comes with 3000mAh battery, which as you can see is less than what Note 3 offers.

Even though the weight of Redmi Note 3 is less than Le 1S by around 5 grams, the thickness of Note 3 is comparatively higher than what Le 1S offers.
Interestingly, Xiaomi has added Dark Grey color to Note 3 in addition to Silver and Golf variants, which Le 1S also provides.
