LeEco forays into US market with the launch of Le S3, Le Pro 3 and more

Chinese manufacturer LeEco has officially forayed into the US market with the launch of new hardware and services in the country. The company has launched three new products which include the Le Pro 3, the Le S3 and the uMax85 4K television. These devices will go on sale via the flash sale system on LeMall.com starting November 2nd.

Besides hardware, the company has also launched its suite of streaming services and value-added features dubbed as EcoPass. US customers who purchase LeEco phones are entitled to a three-month free subscription of EcoPass, while users who buy the TV are offered a one-year subscription. In addition, LeEco is also offering a two-year warranty for phones and a three-year warranty on TVs, 5TB of LeCloud storage space along with additional perks such as free unlimited movies on Fandor.

LePro 3 Specifications

Launched in China last month, the LePro 3 comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor bundled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage along with a 4070 mAh battery. The device packs a 16MP primary camera along with an 8MP front-facing shooter.

Le S3 Specifications

The Le S3 features a 5.5-inch full HD display along with a Snapdragon 652 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. The device gets a 16MP primary camera along with an 8MP front-facing camera.

LeEco’s Super4 X range of televisions will also go on sale which includes the Super4 X43 priced at $ 649, Super4 X55 priced at $899, the Super4 X65 priced at $1,399, along with the 85-inch uMax85 4K television set that’s priced at $4999. These TVs run on EUI and offer support for Android TV and Google Cast technology.

Apart from the above-mentioned hardware, LeEco also showcased its Super Bike, which runs on Android and comes with features such as laser lane markers, fingerprint locking mechanism and more. Though it won’t go on sale anytime soon. Also, the company showcased its VR headset platform called ExploreVR which is currently only available as a developer kit.
