According to reports released by credible multiple sources, Apple is gearing up to launch a 5.5-inch iPhone 2017 with an OLED display. Internally, the folks at Apple have tagged the forthcoming model as premium. However, the Cupertino-based tech giant will also launch iPhone 8 with conventional IPS LED displays.
According to latest reports, the upcoming OLED variant of the iPhone 8 will be curved since Apple has placed orders for all plastic OLED and not glass from Samsung Display. The point to note is that the plastic panels will be able to bend.
