Intel today announced a new product that joins the Intel Optane family, the Intel Optane 800P. This new SSD has been designed by professional users with Optane memory technology, which allows faster storage as HDD and SATA SSD. Intel Optane technology achieves high performance, low latency, and great service.
Thanks to its really low latency and high speeds, with this SSD we will be able to start our system and applications very quickly, as well as manage the multitasking of our system in a fluid way. This new Optane is ideal to be used as another SSD, in a configuration with two storage devices, in which case it would boost the access time of the other device, or by applying RAID. Its low working voltage makes it possible to see it in portable devices. The reduction of the queues in the random input/output instructions ensures a better performance of our system since they are the most common instructions in our PCs.
