Hyundai Grand i10 Magna with Automatic Transmission launches in India at Rs. 5.83 lakh

Hyundai i10’s new variant of Magna has now been introduced in India, and it comes with Automatic Transmission, for an on-road price of Rs. 7.10 lakh (the two pedal automatic version). It is paired with a 1.2-liter petrol engine that develops 83PS of power and 114Nm of torque. This one does not have airbags.

The car is a practical hatchback for drives inside a city. The auto transmission makes it pocket-friendly. The only problem with this is that it does not have airbags. The new convenience features include rear AC vents and key-free entry. The mid-level variant costs Rs. 5.83 lakhs and the Asta variant costs Rs. 6.83 lakhs. The Asta comes with airbags.

The Asta model is fully loaded with Asta (o). It comes with a press button start, glovebox cooling adjustable seat, integrated audio system, parking sensors, ABS and dual airbags for the front passenger and driver.

The company also launched the Grand i10 20th Anniversary Special Edition. This was the main attraction of this launch. It was to celebrate the completion of 20 years of the company in the Indian auto industry. This special Sportz trim edition comes in both petrol and diesel variants. It also offers red-black interiors and touchscreen infotainment system.

The i10 has been Hyundai’s most successful car in the country, and the company plans to capitalize on the economic car desiring market. Its major competition includes Alto, Santro, and Ritz by Maruti-Suzuki, who have done extremely well in the market since their inception. The trust of rival brands in the market is hard to compete with but with cars like i10 and i20; Hyundai has done well over the past few years to create their niche.
