Huawei announced the launch of its official online portal called ‘Honor Store’ on the 30th of March 2016. The Honor Store’s exclusive sales and distribution partner in the country will be Vision Distribution India Ltd. The new e-commerce website will provide a number of discounts, offers as well as a chance to win a free Honor smartphone too.
The President of Consumer Business at Huawei India stated that the new online store will allow a direct channel between the brand and its consumers, allowing them to make better offers and design future products in-line with their customer’s likings. Honor has identified the need to be dynamic as an internet-based brand and hence will use the new platform as a base for interactions and improved customer experiences.
Although Huawei will be using Vision Distribution India Ltd. for sales at the ‘Honor Store’, the brand will continue its multi-channel sales partnerships that currently exist with other vendors. In an effort to enhance customer experiences of their devices, Honor has partnered with online retail giants like Amazon and Flipkart for consumer centric offers and with UC Browser for improved browsing on Honor devices.
Registrations for the Honor Store have been open since 06:00 p.m. IST. on 30th March. Each new registrant will receive a voucher of Rs. 2000 which they can redeem against a purchase of either the Honor 7 or the Nexus 6P. These discounts will be offered to every one that registers between the 30th of March and 30th of April 2016. From the 1st to the 7th of April between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m., an Honor Holly 2 Plus device will be awarded to a lucky draw winner every hour.
Continuing from 8th to the 10th of April you will be able to purchase the Honor Bee for Rs.1 beginning 11.00 a.m. onwards where a limited number of 50 pieces a day shall be offered. During the same days, post 01:00 p.m. you’ll have the chance to buy the Honor 4X at a never-seen-before price, again at a limited number of devices on offer per day. For those that make a purchase after the 8th and before the 30th, you will receive a free back cover on the purchase of either an Honor Holly 2 Plus or Honor 5X.
