HTC One X10 launched in Russia- BoomSound makes a comeback

Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has very subtly announced the launch of HTC One X10. It is the successor of the previous in the series, the X9.

Recently HTC released the official poster for the smartphone. It suggested that the smartphone will pack a huge battery (4,000 mAh) and as usual, a stunning design.

The smartphone has only been released in the Russian market right now. However, a global launch soon is very much on the cards.

It has been made available in two colours- Black and Silver. The price in India is expected to be around INR 23,000. This one is equipped with the BoomSound feature, which was missing in its predecessor.

The HTC One X10 sports a 5.5-inch FHD super LCD display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It runs on Android Nougat OS with HTC Sense skin. It is also powered by an octa-core MediaTek P10 processor.

The premium phone also flaunts a 16MP rear camera with BSI sensor and LED flash. Features such as Pro mode with manual settings, face detection, Camera Zoe, Panorama and Hyperlapse add to the clicking experience.

The device also sports a 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM that can be expandable up to a whopping 2TB.

Nothing has been let out by the company as far as the global launch is concerned.

HTC has been in revival mode for quite some time, now. The X10 has been a part of a lot of the industry rumours lately, and is supposed to revive the company. Word around the industry is that the failure of this device could be the final nail in the coffin for the brand. But for the sake of continued existence of the elegant lineup of devices, we hope it is not.
