Helpchat personal assistant app launches for Android and iOS users

Personal assistant app Helpchat has made its way to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. According to Helpchat’s statement, the app has crossed over 7,50,000 downloads across both the platforms.

With the launch of Helpchat, the company focuses more on redefining the way people execute different tasks in their daily life, explains Ankur Singla, CEO & Founder, Helpchat.

“Being a mobile app, we are fighting for a precious real estate. We want to become a default behaviour. Have to get something done? Put Helpchat in action,” Singla added.

Helpchat is a chat based personal assistant app that is free of cost with no hidden fees. By using Helpchat, users can recharge mobile/DTH services, book a cab/train/bus, book movie tickets, order things via e-commerce websites, etc.

According to Singla, Helpchat receives over 50,000 requests a day, which he aims to double up in the next couple of months.

Helpchat is currently partnered with several companies across e-commerce, telecom, banking, travel and entertainment sectors to help users get their tasks done.

Helpchat is available to download for both Android and iOS users.

Note: We couldn’t successfully sign-up on the app, as the verification code did not receive even after trying both the methods — SMS and phone call, several times. We have already raised this issue to Helpchat and will update this article as soon as we hear from the company.
