Gionee Pioneer P3 launched in India

Gionee has launched its new smartphone Pioneer P3 in India. The phone will be priced at Rupees 7,499. Last month the company had launched Elife E7 in China and rumors suggest that after Pioneer P3, Gionee will also launch Elife E7 in India soon. While Pioneer P3 features 4.3-inch display Elife E7 has a 5.5 inch full HD display. Pioneer P3 is packed with amazing features which supports 16 million colors. The smartphone will run using the 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor.

Pioneer P3 is a dual SIM phone and has 512 RAM. While it has 4GB of internal memory, users will also enjoy the freedom to expand the memory up to 32GB as the phone come with micro SD card slot. The smartphone will be powered by 1700 mAh battery. The phone also features a 5 megapixel rear camera with auto focus ability and touch focus which give users an amazing picture capturing experience. The camera includes LED flash while the smartphone also contains a VGA front camera for video calling.

The Elife E7 is a higher version and an improved model than Pioneer P3 as it offers users touch screen display based on One Glass Solution from JDI with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 2.33mm ultra-narrow frame. It will use on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with Amigo 2.0 UI as its OS.

The 3G version of Elife E7 will be powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core snapdragon 800 MSM8974 processor while the LTE version will use 2.5 GHz quad-core snapdragon MSM8974AC processor.

Elite E7 is slotted to be launched during January in India. But at present the Pioneer P3 is engaging buyer’s interest with its price and package of appealing features. The phone offers buyers features like face detection, smile detection, geo-tagging and gesture recognition. In India Pioneer P3 will be available in black and white.
