Fitbit Versa with 4 day battery life, female health tracking launched in India

Fitbit has introduced its new smartwatch in the Indian market, the Fitbit Versa. The smartwatch will be available for  purchase from both online and physical stores starting May 13. Fitbit Versa will be offered in black with a black aluminum case, grey with a silver aluminum case, and peach with a rose gold aluminum case. The smartwatch will be exclusively available on Amazon India for Rs. 19,999.

Fitbit Versa will be available across retailers as well such as Reliance Digital, Croma, Helios along with major offline retailers in the country. There’s even a special edition of the watch equipped with NFC capabilities, priced at Rs. 21,999. The smartwatch’s accessories have been priced in the range of Rs. 2,499 to Rs. 8,999.

The company touts the latest Fitbit Versa offers a four-day battery life and is also waterproof. It also comes with a new feature called ‘Quick Replies’, which lets Android users respond to messages on the go. Other features on the smartwatch include tracking steps, sleep, calories burned, step count, and more. The Fitbit Versa runs Fitbit OS 2.0 and comes with a bunch of pre-installed apps to keep track of users’ fitness activity.

Alongside with Fitbit Versa, the company also announced its first fitness tracker for kids, the Fitbit Ace, for Rs. 7,990, which is essentially a slightly redesigned version of the Fitbit Alta. The Ace will be offered in Electric Blue and Power Purple.
