Canon announces five new printers with new features

Canon India recently added five new all-in-one photo printers to its PIXMA line-up taking tally to 27 models in total. The benefit of trying new additions are that all models are easy to install, support wireless connectivity and assure noiseless printing operations.

Moreover, the company offers a wide range of vibrant colors to choose their favorite device from. The devices are available in black, brown, grey-white, white and red colors.

The new Canon printers include:

  1. PIXMA MG7170 (flagship)
  2. PIXMA MG6470 (flagship)
  3. PIXMA MG3570 (flagship)
  4. PIXMA MG2570 (Affordable)
  5. MG2470 (Affordable)

The MG3570, MG6470 and MG7170 all provide users with two sided document printing to reduce paper usage. The new line-up to Canon printers also comes with the company’s My Image Garden software application that helps users design photo layouts, create collages, calendars and stationary with their own text or date stamp.

Canon claims that printers are environment friendly and capable of producing high-quality photo-prints. Apart from connectivity options the devices save electricity. How? The all-in-one printers are equipped with features like Auto Power On that turns on the device only upon getting a print command.

The three flagship models mentioned above come with PIXMA Cloud Link that allows users to print from various photo sharing sites, social networking sites, cloud storage services and even from personal devices via the Android OS and iOS PIXMA Printing Solutions app.

New Canon printers are readily available in the nearby market stores. Buying price –  The PIXMA MG2470 is priced at Rs 3,950, while the MG2570 and the MG3570 will set users back Rs 4,150 and Rs 6,495 respectively. While the MG6470 is priced at Rs 13,495, the flagship MG7170 is tad expensive and costs Rs 20,495.
