Authorized Apple resellers assuming iPhone 6S 16GB to go on sale at 53,500 INR

Apple Inc. has already started pre-booking for the latest iPhones with the authorized premium sellers in India. Apple has officially announced the launch date of its new smartphones in India on 16th October. However, according to iNvent, one of the authorized Apple resellers in India, iPhone 6S 16GB would be priced somewhere around Rs.53,500.

Additionally, the iPhone 6S 64GB and iPhone 6S 128 would cost Rs.63,500 and Rs.73,500, respectively. Other than that, Authorized sellers in India, including iNvent, has started pre-booking the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus with an advanced payment of 10,000 INR.

It is also reported that Apple has reduced retail prices of its available iPhones in India before launching new iPhones. Apple has reduced the price of iPhone 5S 16GB and 32GB variants to 30,000 INR and 40,000 INR, which were previously being sold at 44,500 INR and 49,500 INR. The price of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus has also reduced to 52,000 INR for 16GB variant and 62,000 INR for 64GB variant.

The new iPhones will be introducing new 3D touch with 12MP iSight rear camera for capturing detailed and sharp photos, it also offers 4K video. It has 5MP front snapper and introduced all new Live Photos feature.

The new Apple iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are powered by 2GHz 64-bit custom designed latest A9 chip with 2GB RAM, which will provide 70 percent faster CPU processing and 90 percent faster GPU performance than previously launched iPhones.

The handsets will also sport a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch retina high definition display with 3D touch and advanced fingerprint sensor. The Apple iPhone 6S and 6S will be available in three different storage options: 16GB, 64GB and 128GB.

Apple iPhone 6S comes with a Non-removable Li-Po 1715 mAh battery (6.9 Wh), and iPhone 6S Plus features Non-removable Li-Po 2,915 mAh battery (11.1 Wh).
