Aircel Rolls Out New Tariffs and Plans for 3G Video Calls

It was just a month ago when we learned that telecom operator, Aircel had entered into a partnership with D-Link to offer lucrative 3G data deal for its subscribers across India. It The scheme under the partnership offered 1GB of free 3G data per month for a period of 3 months to customers who activated Aircel 3G SIM on D-Link data card and DWM-156, and routers such as DWR-512 and DWR-730. Fast forward a month, the company has announced new tarriffs and plans in an attempt to promote sales and boost video calling on its network.

Aircel New Tariffs and Plans for 3G Video Calls

The new tariff rates will let Aircel customers enjoy video calls (Aircel to Aircel) for less than Re 1/min. Besides, its products like PI 29 and PI 128 will come with “Extra” video calling benefits (Aircel to Aircel). Customers will also be eligible to avail of Aircel to Aircel video calls at 1.6 paisa/second. PI 29 users could enjoy extra 10 minutes Aircel to Aircel video calls, within validity. Similarly, PI 128 customers will get additional 100 minutes Aircel to Aircel video calls, within validity.

With the launch of these offers, Aircel aims to increase data usage and penetration by offering more value to its customers, reported the telecom service provider.
